About the Call

Do you have an eye for design — or just love to create?
We’re crowdsourcing ideas for our next Jo Siska Dance Studio logo — and rewarding creativity generously!

THE REWARDS

 
 
 

A. 70 Class Passes — Logo Design Draft

What you can submit

  • Hand-drawn or digital designs are welcome

  • Unlimited submissions per person — submit as many drafts as you like

  • Your first draft can be in one color only

If your design is selected for further development, the final logo must include:

  • 1 black & white version

  • 3 color variations

Important note
Draft submission alone does not earn class passes.
Only when a draft is chosen and the final approved logo is derived from that draft will the 70 class passes be awarded to the designer.

B. 30 Class Passes — Digital Final Logo Files

After the logo is finalized, the logo designer will have priority to handle the digital finalization.

If you are the selected designer, you can earn an additional 30 class passes by providing high-quality digital logo files suitable for marketing and printing use.

Required formats

  • .AI (Adobe Illustrator) – editable vector source file

  • .PDF (vector print file) – for printers and large-format use

  • .SVG – for web and social media use

  • .PNG (transparent background) – for digital overlays and posts

  • .JPG (high-resolution) – for general previews and mockups

Only if the selected logo designer cannot complete this task will it be assigned to another person.

C. 30 Class Passes — Studio T-Shirt Design & Vendor Sourcing

The logo designer again has first priority to take on this creative extension.

Earn 30 class passes by:

  • Designing the official Jo Siska Dance Studio T-shirt

  • Delivering a digital, print-ready design file

  • Sourcing at least three vendors for consideration, from which one vendor will later be selected for production

If the logo designer cannot take on this task, it may be given to another participant.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

 
 
 
 

  • Submit your logo drafts anytime before the last day of the month

  • On the last day of each month, submissions will be reviewed

  • If no design is selected, the call stays open and submissions will be reviewed again the following month

Once a draft is chosen for development into the final logo, this call officially closes, and the decision will be announced on social media.

  • The call for proposals remains open until a draft is selected for further development.

WHO CAN SUBMIT THEIR IDEAS?

 

  • Everyone’s welcome — whether or not you’ve ever stepped foot in the studio!
    All creative minds are invited to share their ideas and participate.

When the Final Logo Is Chosen…

 

  • We’ll celebrate our community designer — and your art will live on every wall, shirt, and post of the Jo Siska Dance Studio!

Reward Terms & Conditions

 

Task Completion

  • Rewards will be issued only after the relevant task has been fully completed and all agreed deliverables have been received and accepted by Jo Siska Dance Studio.

Reward Format

  • All rewards are issued in the form of class passes for Jo Siska Dance Studio classes.

Validity Period

  • Rewarded class passes are valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance.

  • Unused passes will expire automatically after this period and cannot be extended.

Non-Transferability

  • Class passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom they are awarded.

No Cash Alternative

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of monetary compensation.

No Partial Rewards

  • Partial completion of a task does not entitle the participant to partial rewards unless explicitly agreed in writing by the studio.

Creative Direction & Revisions

  • The studio reserves the right to request reasonable revisions to any submitted work as part of the creative process before a task is considered complete.

Final Decision Authority

  • All decisions regarding draft selection, final logo approval, task assignment, and reward eligibility rest solely with Jo Siska Dance Studio and are final.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon reward issuance, all approved final designs and deliverables become the exclusive property of Jo Siska Dance Studio, including the right to use, modify, reproduce, and publish them across all media.

Right to Modify or Withdraw

  • Jo Siska Dance Studio reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this call and its rewards at any time prior to final selection, without obligation to issue rewards.

No Employment Relationship

  • Participation in this call does not constitute employment, freelance engagement, or ongoing collaboration unless explicitly agreed in writing.
